Fixing factual information

Your name, address, phone number, website, hours, or service details can be corrected. Send us the accurate information along with something that confirms it, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we verify and apply the correction, it stays in place through future data updates.

Challenging a score

Scores are never manually adjusted. A dispute is a claim that something is wrong with the data feeding your score. That means the profile is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you that are not yours, or a summary misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. We re-check the source data and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Removing a listing

We remove listings for permanently closed businesses, duplicate entries, or complexes outside our scope. Our monthly verification cycle automatically catches and removes closed businesses. An accurate, in-scope listing will not be removed on request alone, and we will tell you plainly why.
